Abi joined CHAI in 2023 after working in other clinics for 5 years. She loves all animals, but is partial to cats and is always excited to meet new cat patients! Her favorite thing about working at CHAI is being able to leave work stress-free, feeling like she’s actually helping pets and their owners. Abi is currently focusing on pet nutrition and is busy revamping our homemade diet options. Abi is one of Dr. Smith’s primary technicians and is always learning more about nutrition and herbals.
At home, Abi lives with 3 dogs (Evie and Phoebe the Goldendoodles and Poppy the Golden Retriever) and 5 cats (Jaxson, Tillly, Finley, Toby, and Kahlua). When not at CHAI, Abi shows rabbits and enjoys going to dirt track racing. Her favorite patient is Sebastian. He met Abi on her first day at CHAI and it was love at first sight. She even got invited to his birthday party!
